Summer Intensive @ GVMCC

We will start Summer Intensive with an Orientation on July 6th at 9am. Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend! Please print out, sign, and bring the Liability Waiver with you to orientation.
The daily schedule has been thoughtfully structured to support both rigorous training and long-term dancer wellness. The schedule will start each day with a Conditioning class taught by Roxanna Cohen, a licensed physical therapist specializing in injury prevention and lead faculty for NUDance@GVMCC. Intensive classes are balanced with strategically placed breaks, recovery periods, conditioning, and shifts in movement focus throughout the day, allowing dancers to sustain concentration, physical clarity, and technical quality while reducing unnecessary fatigue and overload. All classes are taught by experienced Faculty and Associate Teaching Artists.
