Registration Form Pre-registration encouraged, but drop-ins are welcome.
Required Liability Waiver Form (must complete prior to attending classes) – print, sign, and bring this with you to the first class. Printed copies will be available at the NU Dance Studio. Please arrive early to fill out and sign the form, prior to class.
Tuition & Registration
Registration Fee*: $50 (or $35 per additional family member) *Fee waived for NU Dance students.
Note: This fee helps with our administrative costs, including enrollment processing, recordkeeping, scheduling, communication, and maintaining the systems needed to support a well-organized dance program.
Monthly Tuition Rates for Community Participants:
- 60 min Classes: $15 per class
- 75-90 min Classes: $18 per class
- All Classes: FREE for currently enrolled NU Dance students, but donations to the program are encouraged to help cover our costs.
Multi-Class Discounts for Tuition:
- 1 Class: Full Price
- 2 Classes: 5% Discount (enter 2CLASSDISCOUNT at checkout)
- 3 Classes: 10% Discount (enter 3CLASSDISCOUNT at checkout)
- 4 Classes: 15% Discount (enter 4CLASSDISCOUNT at checkout)
- 5+ Classes: 20% Discount (enter 5CLASSDISCOUNT at checkout)

What to Wear/Bring to Class:
- Tight-fitting exercise clothing of choice. Hair in a ponytail, bun, or braid (out of face and off neck).
- Socks or dance shoes as appropriate (ballet slippers, pointe shoes for experienced pointe dancers, jazz shoes, socks or barefeet for contemporary/modern class)
- Water bottle and snacks
